The herbal blend Helico Mix contains thyme, yarrow, mint, sage and dandelion that improve the normal function of the digestive system. The blend also contains oregano, wall germander, yellow gentian root, wormwood and nettle root.

Drink the freshly prepared tea unsweetened, three times a day before a meal.
