The tea blend consists of above-ground part of yarrow, frangula bark, couch grass rhizome, chamomile flower, blueberry fruit, blackberry leaves, above-ground part of horsetail, linseed, dandelion root and sweet fennel fruit.
Pour 250 ml boiling water over a tablespoonful of tea blend (a teaspoonful for children aged 12-18 years) and leave to boil for 3-5 minutes. Steep in a covered pot for 30 minutes stirring occasionally, and then strain it. Drink the freshly prepared tea twice a day.
